DEVICE OVERVIEW This document contains device specific information for the following two devices: 1. PIC18C601 2. PIC18C801 The PIC18C601 is available in 64-pin TQFP and 68-pin PLCC packages. The PIC18C801 is available in 80-pin TQFP and 84-pin PLCC packages. An overview of features is shown in Table 1-1. Device block diagrams are provided in Figure 1-1 for the 64/68-pin configuration, and Figure 1-2 for the 80/84-pin configuration. The pinouts for both packages are listed in Table 1-2.
